If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. Due to our commitment to sustainability, a lot of our items are custom made on demand (as noted in their corresponding product description). This means that there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.

All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
